We currently have a great opportunity at HMP Full Sutton to join the education team as an Administrator Co-ordinator on a permanent, full time (37 hrs per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and effective administration service that supports the delivery of the Education contract and provide and maintain effective and efficient data relating to finance, personnel and learners. Where an administration team is in place, you will effectively plan and manage the deployment of the administration team of staff. 

To do this successfully you'll need:

  • A track record of effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
  • Have the ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
  • Have experience of effectively managing a team in an office environment.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
