We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team which is dedicated to providing a great service to help build the future of the College.
You will provide an HR support service to staff on all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle such as maternity, paternity, salary and contract queries. You will also be part of the team co-ordinating all recruitment activity for the college from initial advert to the issuing of contracts and new starter paperwork, providing a great first impression for new staff.
Candidates will need to demonstrate their relevant experience in either an administrative, customer service or HR background. You must also be well organized and be able to work as part of a team meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
