We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic and friendly individual to join the Sponsor Relations team, within the Service Development team in Student Services. The Sponsor Relations team acts as the main point of contact for sponsors, providing high-level customer service to external funding agencies.

This is a key role with specific responsibility for providing support to sponsored students and sponsors (e.g. funding agencies, trusts, charities, overseas governments, and higher education institutions). The role provides front line support to prospective students, current students, and sponsors regarding tuition fees, academic progress, placement administration, and welfare.

The role requires liaising with central University services and academic departments, as well as embassies, government agencies, and funding bodies. A significant part of the work focuses on tuition fee administration, ensuring that sponsors are billed correctly, managing team mailboxes and responsibility for managing high-value sponsor accounts.

Candidates should possess excellent IT skills (including Excel and Access), an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.

This role is offered on a part-time (25 hours per week), 12 months fixed term contract.
